Individual Counselling 

$165 for a 50 minute session

Individual psychotherapy can address a wide range of issues that you may face in your daily life. These may include, but are not limited to emotional processing and regulation, neurodiversity, relationship challenges, work-related stress, and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

In collaboration, we will focus on enhancing your well-being by boosting your self-awareness and self-reflection, while also incorporating effective coping strategies. The aim of individual psychotherapy is to provide a supportive environment that fosters positive change, ultimately contributing to your overall well-being.
