Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist

He/Him or They/Them

Reaching out can be difficult, but I am glad to see that you did! I would love to support your mental health journey. I am queer, transgender, autistic, and have ADHD. These intersecting identities shape my experiences and influence my therapy approach. I work with clients from Ontario and Saskatchewan. I aim to create a comfortable space for you to navigate your thoughts and emotions. As someone who has accessed mental health services, I know how important it is to feel heard by your therapist. Because of this, I work with you to ensure you are feeling effectively supported and comfortable.

My Story

I began studying mental health and psychology 10 years ago at the University of Waterloo. I am trained in various areas such as depression, trauma, anxiety, conflict resolution, gender dysphoria, LGBTQ2IA+ issues, neurodivergent issues, and more. I offer free, 15 minute consultations so you can be sure you feel good about our therapeutic relationship before we begin. :)

Others often describe me as being warm, open, and comforting. With every client, I want to ensure that I make the therapeutic space uniquely comfortable for their individual needs and requests. My favourite way to destress is spending time in nature with my partner.
